aged2excel was founded in 2004. The company is passionate on all matters relating to age and employment and its team is involved in leading and consulting on a number of age and employment programmes in the UK through aged2excel and the following organisations:

TAEN - The Age and Employment Network - highly credible and influential organisation with a national reach, our MD is the West Midlands regional consultant. TAEN's mission is to promote an effective job market that serves the needs of people in mid and later life, employers and the economy.

CoAP - Coming of Age Partnership - aged2excel provides the Director of Operations and Programmes. The main objective is to promote age diversity and equality in the West Midlands. The organisation is proactive and action-oriented and through the partnership, engages with employers, individuals and other communities of interest, to improve the employment opportunities for all mid to later life individuals.

NWREP - North West Regional European Partnership - aged2excel MD is a group member. The purpose is to bring together experts in the region on a wide range of issues affecting demographic change in order to deliver the NW European Framework.

In essence, we bring breadth, depth and a great deal of passion. aged2excel has helped organisations to improve their recruitment and retention problems and using age management as a framework has developed new codes of best practice and a charter for sustainability and significant cost reduction.
