We have deliberately designed this service because we believe our registered employers and job seekers deserve to have their queries answered ‘on demand’ and we are determined to offer the highest quality customer service.

We have called this Free Service our Age Diversity Surgery, because we think it will work along the same lines as a medical or government surgery, except no need for you to book an appointment. You just fill in the easy to use features provided to highlight your ageism or age diversity related query and we will endeavour to provide an answer within 24 hours of receipt*.

We don’t profess to have all the answers and especially with respect to questions which relate to the forthcoming age legislation, where there are clearly many issues yet to be resolved/clarified, e.g. impact of providing long service awards/benefits.

However, we are confident that we can help in most cases and hence this surgery will be a real value added service ….. to take full advantage of this service, all we ask is that you register and where appropriate upload or send your CV.

*note it may not always be possible to respond to your question and in these exceptional cases we will alert you and explain why.
